Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Muscle Milk® Protein Chocolate Shake (14oz)
  • 1 ½ cups oat flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a square baking pan with a bit of coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl: oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Whisk the egg, vanilla, Greek yogurt and the Muscle Milk® Protein Chocolate Shake in a separate container until the liquids are fully integrated.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ones and fold gently until you obtain a thick, dark batter.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the pan and spread evenly using a spatula.
  6. Scatter the chocolate chips over the top.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The center should remain slightly moist when inserting a toothpick to ensure they don't dry out.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting & enjoy!
