Chocolate Protein Frozen Dessert

Preparation Time: 5 minutes (Plus 4-6 hours of freezing)

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Muscle Milk® Protein Chocolate Shake (14oz)
  • 1 cup of plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Pour the Greek yogurt into a medium bowl and whisk gently until smooth.
  2. Add the Muscle Milk® Protein Chocolate Shake gradually while continuing to whisk to fully combine both ingredients.
  3. Incorporate the agave syrup, vanilla extract, into the mixture.
  4. Mix with folding motions until you achieve a uniform texture and color.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.
  6. Cover and place in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours.
  7. Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften & enjoy!
