Protein Packed Sugar Free Super Seed Energy Balls

Prep these energy balls before your week begins so they’re ready to eat whenever you need a filling midday snack or energy boost.

Yield: 12 balls | Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sunflower seed butter (no sugar added)
  • 4 Scoops Muscle Milk Zero Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

Directions

  1. Combine the sunflower seed butter and Muscle Milk in a large bowl. Add the hemp seeds, pepitas, chia seeds and flaxseeds. Stir with a spatula until fully incorporated.
  2. Scoop out 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
