Protein Packed Chocolate Maple Nut Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 Scoops Muscle Milk Pro Series Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup salted peanuts
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine the maple syrup, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well to combine and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour and cocoa powder.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients on top of the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Transfer to a parchment-lined pan. Sprinkle peanuts and pecans on top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Let cool for 30 minutes then cut into squares and enjoy. Store brownies in an airtight container.
