Ryan Hall’s Chocolate Pancakes

For Chocolate Lovers.


  • 1/2 cup Teff Flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Dash Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 scoop MUSCLE MILK® Genuine protein powder, chocolate
  • Stevia


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until they form a thick batter.
  2. Add stevia to desired sweetness (taste the batter as you make it)
  3. Pour batter onto a greased skillet and cook like a pancake.
  4. Top with all-natural sugar-free maple syrup.
