Protein Packed Chai Latte

Warm up after your cool-down with this cozy protein-packed latte.

Yield: 1 latte | Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Pinch ground pepper
  • 1 bag of black tea
  • 1 (11.16 FL OZ) bottle Muscle Milk Zero Vanilla Crème Protein Shake
  • 1 shot of espresso (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare the chai spice mix: Combine cinnamon, cardamom, ginger allspice, cloves and black pepper. Mix well until incorporated.
  2. Pour muscle milk into a small saucepan. Heat, stirring often util it reaches a gentle boil. Remove from heat and add black tea. Let steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Whisk in ½ teaspoon of prepared chai spice mix.
  3. Pour into a mug. Add espresso (optional) and serve immediately.
